Pop Up exhibition: Smell The Roses

Smell the Roses is about admitting to ourselves that we aren’t just made up of the pretty stuff.

Smell the Roses is a creative exploration of the lives of both well known and less recognised powerful women we feel represent the messages behind this exhibition. Visually portraying their layered lives through our fusion of geometric, expressive and illustrative mediums, we hope to express a balance of importance and validity between each layer. Showing it's not just who we become that makes us great, it’s also how we got there;

“From the bud, through the thorns, to the blossom.”

By putting a spotlight on these inspiring women, we hope to inspire the audience to recognize and feel empowered by their life experiences – from the beautiful moments to the dam-right-ugly bits.
