Event Details

Fifty years after the release of the film and novel, Art Macabre invites you to to sketch from life scenes inspired by the pill-popping pop-culture classic "Valley of the Dolls" by Jacqueline Susann. 

Draw the dramatic highs and lows of three female characters' lives, from unglamorous fame and drug dependence to eventual self-destruction. A 1960s themed playlist will soundtrack your sketching of nude and costumed models. 

Cocktails served upstairs at the bar. Over 18s only. Drawing materials and paper provided. All levels welcome.
