The Doctor’s Orders are the undisputed ‘kings of the capital’s Hip-Hop scene’ (Time Out) and with this special party at one of Shoreditch’s best loved venues have put together an incredible line up to play a night of nothing but rap & Hip-Hop in all it’s forms.
From DJs plugging into lamposts in the Bronx to play funk breaks to chart topping homegrown grime MCs the rise of Hip-Hop in all it’s forms to becom the most indluential art form of the 20th and now 21st centuary is undeniable.
Tonight 4 of the best DJs in the capital will be turning it up with sets exploring every facet of what is part and parcel of Hip-Hop from Boom Bap to Trap, from Grime to RnB and more besides.
DJ Semtex is the most influential DJ on the scene right now. Breaking new artists he has been credited with helping the rise of rap greats including Drake and Dizzee Rascal (for whom he was tour DJ) to name just two.
CJ Beatz is one of the best party rocking DJs you could ever hope to hear. With a knowledge as expansive as his skill set he is sure to set the place on fire!
Miss Gower is part of The Doctor’s Orders family and fast making herself a name on the London scene at both her own party RnB Bowl and her residency for Nike.
