Star Sign Speed Dating is a definitely-not-awkward evening of connection and fun, open to all across the gender, sexuality and star sign spectrum. We focus on making friends, over finding 'THE ONE' in a low pressure environment where everyone talks to everyone. Celebrate queerness and the end of pride season by taking a tour across the zodiac whilst you #slay your sign. It's definitely OK to be nervous and there will be a self-care corner where you can take time out at any time.

We are super excited to announce that Charlie George will be our guest compere for the evening. Charlie is a former circus performer and dancer, she came to comedy to find her voice. Turns out her voice is a lot like an 18th century white man’s trapped inside the body of a queer brown lady, so, that should be comfortable then…Charlie got to the final of Pride's Got Talent 2018 and the Leicester Square New Comedian Award 2018. She has been hailed as 'hilarious' and 'lights up a room,' and she performed her first long-form stand up show Polite Savage to a sell out audience at Camden People's Theatre in London in December 2018.

Our resident astrologer, Francesca Lisette will also be in the house providing free readings to three lucky humans! Francesca, aka the Glitter Oracle, is a poet, astrologer, artist and Gemini. They have been studying astrology and tarot for eleven years and started reading professionally for others in 2015. Francesca’s reading style combines spiritual insight with psychological acuity, a pinch of millennial realism, and lashings of Neptunian empathy, and they aim to facilitate a magical, fun and empowering space of exchange and inquiry for clients. Francesca teaches a course on astrology and their writing on astrology and tarot can be found in the magical Ignota Diary, Radical Tarot’s Tarotscopes, and Sascha Akhtar’s forthcoming poetry collection Astra Inclinant.
