(Proceeds from The Cool Down will go to The Maya Centre, a free counselling service for multi-ethnic women in Islington who have experienced mental health issues, trauma or gender-based violence)
April's topic: Glowing Up – this talk will explore how women can ‘glow up’, no matter their stage in life. The panellists will share how they’ve stopped the hands of time by prioritising their health and fitness, despite their busy lifestyles.

Michelle Norton
Michelle is a personal trainer, mother and head of the Breakin’ Convention festival. Over the years she’s trained with BlockWorkOut in Brixton, organised classes at Sadler’s Wells Theatre and her own fitness bootcamps.
