2. An Interview with a professional visual artist Jayoon Choi; exploring how the arts has helped their wellbeing. 

3. An art workshop, delivered by an art therapist, Diana Chaccour. It will allow you to experience the magic of art yourself. Find out how art can be part of your self care regime.
