27th January at The Book Club

The first of our ‘Self-care Sundays’ which combine food, grooming and discussions about new ways for men to be.

This first event will include hair and beard treatments from ground-breaking new brand Seb Man and a Q&A with ‘The Naked Professors’ – Ben Bidwell and Matt Johnson – who’s new mental health podcast is doing incredible work for men today. We’ll be discussing depression and dysfunction, and why the new values for men need to be love, compassion and empathy.
